Dr. Tina Hay — The Soul Doctor®

Dr. Tina Hay, affectionately known as The Soul Doctor®, is a faith-based executive coach, ordained minister, and creator of the transformational Soul Detox® Immersion. With over 30 years of experience, she has walked alongside leaders in business, government, ministry, and education — helping them not only achieve results, but experience renewal at the deepest level.

“Leaders need healers.” This truth is embodied in Dr. Tina’s work as a certified brain trainer, published author, and weekly speaker for Tony Robbins and Dean Graziosi. She is known for her rare ability to integrate psychological excellence with deep spiritual wisdom.

What sets her apart is her passion for authentic relationships and her unique, healing connection with business leaders. Dr. Tina guides leaders to align who they are at their core with how they lead — because when the leader is whole, the leadership becomes transformational.

Trained in National Security analytics and certified as a Counterterrorism Instructor, he applies precision and foresight to the marketplace — equipping leaders to build strategies that launch, scale, and sustain growth. Beyond Soul Detox™, Christian is involved in business acquisition and operations through companies such as HomeHalo and Century Warrior.

Jordan Hay

Executive Assistant + Creative Lead

Recognized as an art prodigy at just 15, Jordan leads the creative department at Soul Detox & Co.™, blending centuries-old technique with fresh innovation. Through YLove Studios and her work with Soul Detox™, Jordan embodies the belief that creativity is both heart and excellence — something to be celebrated, cultivated, and used to bring light into the world.

Becoming a Certified Soul Detox™ Coach is not an easy path. It takes years of connection with Dr. Tina and at least a full year of intensive training before anyone can even be considered. Only those who demonstrate integrity, depth, and an unwavering commitment to their own growth and to others are entrusted with this title.

Each coach carries Dr. Tina’s personal trust and approval — a stamp earned through both character and capability. They bring unique strengths and focus areas, but all share one common thread: a passion for helping people break free from limitations and step fully into who they were created to be.
